Delivery Process
When ordering a 20ft used shipping container, our delivery process is designed for precision and efficiency. We use two truck types:
- Tilt-Bed Truck
Ideal for easy offloading, requires 30 feet of straight, clear space, plus 10 feet in the front and 20 feet in the back for maneuvering. It also needs a 10-foot width and 16 feet of vertical clearance. - Flatbed Truck
Suitable for locations with on-site equipment like a forklift for unloading. This option requires a minimum of 65 feet of space and side access to pick up the container. You can use a 10,000 lb forklift to lift the entire container from the truck.
Before delivery, ensure your site has enough room for the truck to maneuver. Containers can be placed in various locations, but the delivery truck needs adequate space to operate efficiently.

Once your container is ready to be dispatched, delivery is usually within 1-3 business days, depending on location. - Access Requirements

We only need room to make the delivery without getting stuck; containers can go anywhere on your site. - Ground Conditions
Preferably, the ground should be dry. Notify us if the ground is wet or muddy so we can plan accordingly and prevent the truck from getting stuck.

A new replacement unit or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original unit or 5 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
